Golub, who has been workingy on coalitions opposing the Employee Free Choice Act for the past two said the bill should be calles the "Forced Choice Act" becausr employees would be coercedc by union organizers to sign the union But Bill Samuels, the AFL-CIO' director of government said the only people circulatinv these cards would be co-workers -- uniomn organizers are not allowed on a company'es property.
Some employers already voluntarily recognizwe the results of card check organizing and "there's no history of coercion to sign authorizatiobn cards."
